• Blue Chip is a privately owned company and is not affiliated with any team, school, ticket outlet, or venue. Blue Chip is a ticket service that usually quotes or lists tickets above the original printed face value of the tickets. These prices reflect current market conditions and can change often. Purchaser understands that by entering their payment information on this website that this will serve as an authorized signature. A current picture ID and/or the credit card used to purchase the tickets needs to be displayed if order is to be picked up at Blue Chip. The order will only ship to current credit card billing address if a shipment option is selected. Blue Chip reserves the right to contact purchaser with any additional information that may be needed to process an order. Due to the customization of most ticket orders, there will be no returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please contact Blue Chip via phone or e-mail with further questions.

Postponed or Cancelled Events

• Postponement
  • - If event re-schedules, the original ticket will be honored. There is no refund for this circumstance.
• Cancelled Events
  • - Customers will be refunded original ticket price printed on the ticket, less service charges, with an in-house credit or check. The remaining amount charged to the customer will be addressed on a case by case basis depending on factors involved with event etc.
